Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SK Receipt Photobooth handles your information. Starting from Version 14.0, we have introduced optional local storage features for event organizers.

1. Permissions & Access

• Camera Access: Used solely to capture photos.
• Bluetooth Access: Used to connect to thermal receipt printers.
• Storage Access (Android 9 & below): Required only for legacy devices to save digital copies when the Local Storage feature is enabled.

2. Image Handling & Storage

We provide a hybrid storage model to balance user privacy and event backup needs:

• Optional Local Gallery (New in v14): Event organizers may choose to enable "Save to Gallery". When active, a processed digital copy of the session (including the layout and QR code) is saved to the device's internal storage in the "SK_Photobooth" folder.
• Transparency Notice: If local saving is enabled, a clear notification "* Digital copies are saved to this device" will be displayed on the app's main screen for user awareness.
• Server Processing: Photos are temporarily uploaded to our secure server to generate a QR Code link.
• Automatic Deletion: All images on our server are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days.

3. Advertising & Data Safety

We use Google AdMob for advertisements. We do not sell or share captured images with any third-party marketing agencies. Captured photos are used strictly for printing and temporary QR code retrieval.

4. Subscriptions

Premium features are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not store financial or payment data.

5. Your Consent

By using SK Receipt Photobooth, you agree to the temporary server storage and, where enabled by the organizer, the local storage of processed images for backup purposes.
